Sean McCutchen director of TideWay and husband to TideWay's lawyer Maureen MCutchen.
Sean McCutchen later told me.... he talked with Judge Burwell after the hearing and told her I had been calling him but he had not return my calls.

Keith does ask if he will ever be able to drive again.
On more then one occasion I have tested Keith by literally holding out the keys and asked Keith if he wanted to drive. He would respond "no".
Keith wouldn't drive just from the fact he knows he does not have a drivers license,

First hand account on Keith's behavior... One night when we were coming out of the theater instead of heading straight for the car, Keith re-directed me to the far left to stay clear from a fight that had broken out in the parking lot. Again I tested Keith and said, don't you want to go intervene and stop the fight? Keith said "no".

Dennis another client who was a bully towered over Keith and always got his way. Dennis and Keith had been in altercations over the TV which resulted in Dennis tearing Keith's shirt, Dennis throwing Keith down to the floor yet to my knowledge Dennis was free to travel to Louisiana to visit with his sister and was permitted to leave TideWay to move to Louisiana close to his sister.

Gary Seale's ONLY concern when I spoke to him about Keith travelling was Keith not wanting to go back to TideWay.
as for "who will provide 24 hour supervision"... when Keith was home for six months, Keith was alone with his wife so I intended to be with Keith 24/7.
During my visits Keith and I are out all day and night, off the island and only return for Keith to sleep at night only because this court order states I cannot keep Keith out overnight.
I take Keith's breakfast, lunch and dinner medications and give them to him at appropriate times.
To my knowledge all of the other clients are permitted to and do travel to visit their families overnight, out of state, go on cruises and leave the facility.

TideWay director and Gary Seal knew about Keith's divorce since May 2004 (See 2 emails posted at bottom of transcript) but as of Nov 2005 still had not yet told Keith.
I wanted to let Keith know about divorce to find out what he wanted from his divorce.

Brain injured or not, anyone would have to be medicated if they were being taken away from their home unwillingly.
Keith would be on the first flight out of Texas in a split second. Keith has now been waiting for fourteen years for the day we, we meaning Keith and I, have two one way tickets out of Texas.
Again brain injury or not, all of us would get agitated if some one is kicking the seat or kids screaming.

Court Transcript
In Nov 2005 when I went to bring Keith home for Thanksgiving holiday, Moody owned Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI) facility where Keith was residing, TideWay, took me to court. Below is the court transcript from the hearing.
The outcome from this hearing: I Keith's legal guardian cannot take Keith past Houston, keep Keith out overnight and
need a court order from Galveston court to move Keith from TideWay. While I was granted to take Keith home for a couple of days there were costly stipulations but my main concern was not having the financial means to pay for Keith's medical expenses should any medical issue (brain injury related or not) arise for Keith.
Keith was drugged taken from his New Mexico home Jan 2004. Instead of Keith joining the family for every birthday, holiday and family event along with daily/regular visits from family, Keith remains alone in Texas. For the past fourteen years, Keith has been forced to live in Galveston facility fifteen hundred miles from family against his and his family's wishes. Family/guardian are unable to pay the thousands of dollars for travel (airfare, hotel, car rental, etc.) to visit Keith.
Moody owned TBI facility, TideWay, has been paid several million dollars from State of New Mexico Workmers Comp. Keith's ~five million dollar estate under the guardianship Moody National Bank which has virtually zero expenses on Keith's behalf is worthless to Keith since he is denied the use of HIS money. The Galveston court denied Keith the use of his funds for travel, caretaker and HIS legal expenses, etc.. Moody National Bank also denies reimbursement to guardian for Keith's expenses.
Payments to Moody owned Tideway along with Keith's ~five million dollar estate in Moody owned Moody National Bank continue to make the Moody's richer at the expenses of Keith’s freedom.
