Leslie's spent $80,000.00 of Keith's funds to pay for remodeling of a home Keith would never live in!
The $80K improvements did not increase the value of the home. A three bedroom house in x location is worth y. Regardless if you have gold plated kitchen cabinets a three bedroom house in x location is still only worth y.
