Divorce
Keith had been married for twenty one years before his accident. During his marriage he and his wife had many collections. Keith's favorite things were his 1978 Chevy suburban, gun collection, tools and ten of thousands of dvd's. The wife too had her favorite collections. Collections of plates, pewter, jewelry the list goes on and on... Every single thing Keith and his wife bought throughout their twenty one year marriage was recorded in an online book documenting every detail and every cent spent. There were multiple backups of this book. Of the many book sections and hundreds of pages, the wife only provided a few of partial book sections [book 6, 7, 9,12,13] to Moody National Bank. During my first conversation with Roberta Butler the banker who handled Keith's estate/divorce, she told me Keith doesn't need anything. When all was said and done in Keith's divorce Moody National Bank saw to it that not only did Keith not get half of the marital assets Keith had been stripped of everything, absolutely everything, he had ever owned throughout his entire life. Keith was literally left only with the shirt on his back. Keith did not even get his birth certificate, social security card, diplomas or his Aircraft Mechanics License: A&P License: airframe and powerplant ... absolutely nothing! It was like Keith Hanker never existed. I had to start from nothing and go to the city hall we were born with my birth certificate and guardianship paper to get Keith a birth certificate.
Below are snapshots of Keith's book accounting for everything he and his wife owned.
