Social Security
2009 Moody National Bank filed to collect Keith's social security (ss). Social security contacted me stating social security is usually paid to the guardian of the person. Although I haven't been reimbursed for items / expenses purchased for Keith Moody National Bank does reimburse me for travel expenses. Social security paid a retro payment up to date to Oct 2009. Moody National Bank deducted every cent of the retro social security payment from my travel expenses so from Nov 2009 thru May 2010 I was not reimbursed a cent for travel. To this day, every month Moody National Bank continues to deduct Keith's social security from my travel reimbursements.
Since Moody National Bank deducts social security from my travel reimbursement, Moody National Bank should be declaring social security received in their annual accounting to the court but Moody National Bank has not ever accounted for a cent of the social security funds deduct/collected from my travel reimbursements.
