Keith has five million dollars in the bank and Moody National Bank thinks it is excessive for Keith to have a pack of gum a day.

Infuriating would be an understatement. Tobby Sessions from Moody National Bank wants to ease my burden by hiring a companion to spend time with Keith.
Moody's greed has turned my life into a living hell but my brother is not and will NOT EVER be a burden to me!!!!!!!!!!
Keith is forced to live in a facility with strangers he doesn't want to spend more time with another stranger he wants to be with family!!!!!!!!!!
I am not paid a guardianship commission. The accident settlement paid Keith 2.8 million dollars to go on living life. From June 2005 thru 2011, I paid for everything for Keith out of my own pocket. Providing for Keith having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars out of pocket has driven me into complete financial ruin. I am forced to use my own funds because Moody National Bank is unwilling to permit Keith to spend HIS money. At this point I can no longer help Keith nor myself because I am pennyless and overwhelmed in debt. I have spent every cent of life savings, retirement, buried in debt and on the verge of loosing my home of twenty one years. Not only has providing for Keith cost me my savings but also the interest I would be collecting on my savings. I also cashed out my retirement fund and again not only has providing for Keith cost me my retirement I would have collected for the rest of my life, I had to pay a hefty penalty for early withdraw. To establish my excellent credit, I use to spend thousands monthly for my own bills using my charge then paying off my charge monthly so I didn't ever have to pay interest fee. My charge card has been maxed out at thirteen thousand dollars and I am paying fifteen hundred dollars a year for interest so fifteen hundred for ten years has cost me an additional fifteen thousand dollars of debt in finance fees. I drive nearly one hundred miles round trip to the airport for every visit with Keith which is costly for gas. The court denied reimbursement of Keith's legal fees leaving me with an additional fifty thousand dollar debt.
In 2012 Moody National Bank started reimbursing me up to two a month only if the two hundred was spent on the first visit of the month. If Keith had limited resources then the two hundred dollar limit would be reasonable but Keith has millions. Millions of dollars in a bank denied access isn't of any use to Keith. Keith wants to be able to spend HIS money and pay me back for everything. In addition to the bank deny excuses of unreasonable, frivolous, excessive, and unnecessary Moody National Bank has stated timing receipts received within 120 days. Even receipts with in the 120 days are repeatedly denied. If I spent zero the first trip of the month and six hundred the next, I am not reimbursed anything. In 2012 Moody National Bank also began reimbursing me for Keith's medical.
The money in Moody National Bank is Keith's money. Keith's money has been and always will be Keith's money not Moody's so regardless if I bought something for Keith five days, five months or ten years ago, since it is HIS, Keith's, money then if Keith chooses to reimburse and I am buying things for Keith then I should be reimbursed. Keith doesn't want me to lose my home and wants me paid back every cent but Moody National Bank refuses to reimburse me.
For many years I visited Keith like clockwork every other week but then I started having financial problems so my visits were less frequent and now I am out of money and out of miles so I am unable to visit Keith at this time because I have to have thousands of dollars to buy airline ticket, car rental, hotel, gas, tolls, meals and outings. After paying out of pocket I then send receipts to Moody National Bank requesting reimbursement and have to wait and hope I will be reimbursed.
Keith remains isolated fifteen hundred miles away from family and I am on the verge of losing everything I have ever worked for in my life while the Moody's continue to get richer and richer making millions by forcing Keith to reside in their facility and controlling his estate.
Beyond Keith being denied the use of his funds, Keith has the potential for doing so much more in life but can't because TideWay does not provide Keith with any opportunities to really progress. Keith is not living at TideWay. Keith is existing at TideWay.

When I visit Keith I try to buy accordingly. I would buy Keith enough gum/tissues/tomatoes/grapes etc for two weeks or more if four weeks till my next visit. Keith loves his animal printed t-shirts. Remember Keith was literally left with only the shirt on his back so he needed new clothes and Keith is always thrilled to get a new t-shirt.

Moody National Bank offers to pay me in full with a check of $508.02 for my hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt providing for Keith.
Note the fine print "I will accept $508.02 check in satisfaction of all amounts owed to me from the Guardianship account."
I have sent hundreds of pages with copies of receipts to Moody National Bank but Moody National Bank denies me reimbursements for the items listed below stating items are unnecessary, unreasonable, frivolous and excessive.
Moody National Banks has denied me reimbursement for ALL of these items purchased for Keith….
- Clothes: shorts, shirts, underwear, socks, shoes, slippers, sandals, belts, hats, jackets
- Medical: Eyeglasses, walker, Doctor exam, labs
- Personal Items: tissues, watch, phone cards, shampoo, q-tips, towels, toothpicks, deodorant, nail clippers, shaving kit, mouthwash, Vaseline, floss
- Snacks: v8, tomatoes, grapes, strawberries, juice, raisins, pretzels, sodas, gum, mints
- Bedding: sheets, pillows, blankets, mattress protector
- Hobbies / Entertainment: lego’s, dvd’s, dvd player, books, decorations, magazines, statues, games, calendar, cards, fishing gear, paint sets, puzzles, tape, stapler, note pads, pens
- Furniture: chair, cabinets, clock, table
- Keith’s half 2005 - 2011 outings during my visits: meals, movies, zoo, aquarium, museum, miniature golf…
