Letter to TideWay Director
Mar 2007 I wasn't notified and had no idea a shunt revision was needed because the shunt was not working properly. TideWay in their efforts to make it appear I was endangering Keith's welfare had scheduled a revision but the revision wasn't done stating I didn't sign the consent form. I responded, I can't sign a form I didn't know about or receive. Then I was sent a consent form already signed by Keith which further delayed the revision and again TideWay accused me of endangering Keith's welfare and this time falsely accused me of opposing the revision. I was sent another consent form and the revision was performed.
