When I went to bring Keith home for the holidays back in 2005, TideWay took me to court to stop me. Below is an opening statement from TideWay's lawyer at the travel hearing. After reading it over and over numerous times, I noticed TideWay's lawyer repeatedly references "we". "we had difficulties" "we are filing" "we just thought".
Morgan Lyman repeatedely stated the state of New Mexico takes "no position" on any matter regarding Keith and puts the decision on Galveston court.
After providing facility and service plan information to various members of the Governor Martinez office, New Mexico approved the northeast facility as an out of state provider for Keith.

Mar 2003: Keith's accident settlement paid the State of New Mexico Risk Management 2.8 million dollars.
Jan 2004: TideWay staff member Gary Seale went to Keith's home in New Mexico, drugged him and took him to Tideway a TBI facility in Galveston Texas.
Prior to me applying/being appointed legal guardian of Keith, New Mexico Worker Compensation Risk Management Lawyer Morgan Lyman along with Transitional Learning Center/TideWay's Lawyer, TideWay's Medical Director and Keith's lawyer ALL knew I (Keith's sister) wanted Keith moved to the northeast close to family .
Morgan Lyman has been hostile from day one telling me outright he would not ever let Keith leave Tideway not even to move back to the state of New Mexico. For over a decade, Morgan Lyman and his Galveston counterpart, Michael Hughes, have actively participated in every hearing always supporting Moody's, opposing Keith from travelling, from being moved from Tideway and supported denying payment to Keith's lawyer from Keith's estate which has resulted in Keith not having any legal counsel to protect him or his estate.
I have spent fourteen years putting pieces of information together trying to understand who/why the injustice to Keith. We all know the saying follow the money. Moody owned Tideway has been paid millions of dollars for Keith to reside at TideWay and Keith's ~five million dollar estate in Moody owned Moody National Bank continue to make the Moody's richer at the expenses of Keith’s freedom but one piece I still don't know is why Morgan Lyman was so hostile/opposed to helping Keith.
Morgan Lyman was hostile and unwilling to work with Keith's lawyer so I wrote to New Mexico Governor Martinez.
